Stage Assistant Commercial

La mission:

Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire motivé(e) pour travailler de manière polyvalente avec nos équipes Commerciale et Support.
Là où le stagiaire se verra attribué(e) les missions suivantes :

- création de fichier (recherches diverses)
- réception et inscriptions de listes d’utilisateurs
- création et envoi de documents administratifs divers de suivi des formations
- prise en charge des demandes entrantes de nos clients, utilisateurs et partenaires (email et téléphone)
- accompagnement lors de RDV commercial

(D’autres missions diverses pourront intervenir dans le courant du stage)

Profil recherché:

-Bac+2 minimum
-Français (écrit et oral) irréprochable
-Polyvalence, autonomie et organisation
-Très bonne connaissance des outils informatiques (Internet, Tableur, Google doc...)
-Excellent niveau d’anglais
-Des connaissances en allemand et/ou en espagnol seraient un ‘plus’
-Sens de l'humour et bonne humeur (!)
